1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
If any of these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if necessary).
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the provided return shipping address. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition or have been opened or damaged.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and contact us to discuss the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at store.premierpicks@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for you. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be delays.
